NYSC-SAED Meeting: Stakeholders Call For More Funding. By Kingsley ihearindueme

Relevant key-players in the Nigerian economy are calling for proper funding for young exporters and innovators in the country as they partner with the Nigerian Youth Service Corps, NYSC in an effort to further equip the young Nigerians with tools and as well create opportunities needed for them to excel and become self reliant.

By fostering collaboration and innovation, these stakeholders as widely believed are aiming at paving the way for a brighter future for the young graduates, thereby contributing to the diversification and growth of the country's economy.

In a two-day program in Abuja organized by the NYSC-SAED initiative, the event brought many stakeholders together notably from the banking and export sector of the economy.

While fielding questions from pressmen after the event, Dr Victor Ajemere, Chairman, Zeenab Group of companies, an export oriented business outfit with destination points to China and other far East countries of the world commended the programme, describing it as not only timely but also apt.
He stated that the programme will go a long way in reducing unemployment, create job opportunities and as well eliminate youth restiveness in the country.

In recent times, the country is bedeviled with all kinds of insecurity brouhaha which to a large extent been attributed to idle hands and economic hardship.

As a way of support to the Nigerian youth and fresh graduates, the Zeenab Group foods, according to the dynamic , patriotic and youth friendly chairman of the enterprise, Dr Ajemere, his company has over the years been dutifully demonstrated its commitment to the Nigerian youth empowerment by actively patronizing locally made products and cloths crafted by NYSC members which he believes will help them become wealthy creators on their own.
This lofty gesture, he further maintained underscores the company's dedication to fostering entrepreneurship and as well supporting grassroot initiatives.

He also urged for reasonable financial access for young exporters as according to him it will nurture for self reliance.
