The Leadership Of the 3rd phase of presidential amnesty programe back the President Bola Tinibu for appointing Chief Dennis Borutu Otuaro PhD as the new administrator of the presidential amnesty programe.the leadership take their position in a world press conference in abuja,General Momos Wellbaforce abuja representative of the presidential amnesty programe (PAP), said they will like to unequivocally thank his Excellency Presidential Bola Ahmed Tinibu for his foresight in appointing Chief Dennis.

According to him, the choice of Mr. Dennis Burutu is not by accident, but rather his antecedents and track records in both public and private spaces,We are very confident that he will justify his appointment with relentless

achievements

He said,Chief Dennis is coming with a wealth of experience to the presidential amnesty programe and pragmatically steer the affairs of the agency forward in line with

Mr. President's "Renewed Hope Agenda"

We are using this medium to call on all

Niger-Deltans, especially the stake-

holders which include Ex-Agitators/beneficiaries of the program.It is important to note that divisive and criminal tendencies will never take us to anvwhere we must learn from past mistakes in other to make the future better for all of us and our children.

He call on all who mean well for the people of the region to joint hands and support the new

administrator and emancipate our region from under-development,as we all know, the success of the new administrator will increase the peace,stability as well as the collective prosperity of all in the Niger -Delta and Nigeria at large.

We shall however continue to appeal to agents of destabilisation and perpetrators of evil among us to desist.We are aware that in every twelve,there's always a Judas.

We shall not relent in our efforts to maintain peace and harmony amongst our ranks and across every camp.Our indefatigable, unbeatable and charismatic Leader in the person of Elaye Slabor has done very well and we pass vote of confidence on him.

Anyone who is not please with him or who have any reason to be at logger-head

with his leadership style or who wants to be a leader, must allow him to complete his second term in office.

The leadership of the 3rd Phase of the (PAP) shall continue to lead by example

as well as be committed to the values that binds us together which include

collectivism and brotherhood.we hope that Niger-Delta will eventually find her dream destiny and continue to take her pride of place in the Committee of respected states in Nigeria.
